$35 each.For emote poses/expressions that you do not find in my YCH selectionNote that I will NOT copy another artist's emote/style, I can however use them as a referenceWhen commissioning custom emotes, I require a reference sheet of your character (or at the very least, a clear front facing image) as well as a detailed description of which expressions/poses you would likeI accept reference images of other emotes and other forms of media to properly grasp the visual you want

Terms of services

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONNING ME

GENERALI am a full time nursing student and work part time during my weekends, so I will always adjust my commission status in correlation to my work-load. Keeping this in mind that I do art on my free time and this can make my delivery times slightly longer than most artists. If this is an issue or raises concern, please feel free to contact me prior to commissioning me so a potential timeline can be discussed at that moment.PAYMENTSUnless I am unable to complete your commission (you will be advised), these commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE. I will not start working on your commission until I have received the payment in full (unless different terms are discussed and agreed upon beforehand). I accept payments through vgen directly (unless different terms are discussed and agreed upon beforehand).REVISIONSI will provide a sketch/wip of the emote before progressing as to ensure I have captured your character properly (excluding skebs). This step allows you to state any adjustments you would like (YCH: character only, custom emotes: expressions, poses, etc.). If I feel the need to share any further works as to clear up any confusion on my end, I will do so. No adjustments/revisions will be granted once the lineart has started (colour adjustments are okay before the shading phase).DEADLINES AND DELIVERYPlease consider that I am a full time nursing student as well as a full time job. Art is currently something I do in my spare time (if any). If this is for a rushed order, please advise me as you are creating your commission request so that I can create an invoice for the rush fee (additional 100% of total commission), and it is incredibly important that you provide me with a deadline.Otherwise, I will get started on your commission within a week or so of having received it, and can take a minimum of 1 week to complete per emote. A full set of emotes (ranging from 4-6) will generally take around a month. If this is an issue for you, it is incredibly important that you mention this to me so a timeline can be worked out and/or a rush fee can be charged.USEAs a twitch streamer myself, I understand that the majority of the commissions I will receive (for emotes) is to be used on one's twitch channel and/or any other streaming platform. This being said, monetization rights are included in the base price of all my commissions. However, you must credit me on the platform you are using the artwork (ex: for twitch, you can attribute an emote to another twitch user as to credit the artist).Commercial usage of my art, such as printing and reselling (stickers, keychains, etc.) is strictly forbidden as you do not have a commercial license for the artwork. Legal action will be taken if you do not respect the copyright.If you do wish to obtain such license, please contact me so that can be arranged along with a fee to be discussed.REFUNDSIf you feel, for whatever reason, that I am taking too long in treating your commission and not meeting your deadline (despite having priority with the rush fee), please message me and make me aware of your feelings and a refund can be discussed depending on the situation and how far along in the process I am. If the deadline was not made clear from the beginning and/or you are shortening that deadline by a great deal, I have every right to refuse a refund for the art commission itself but can refund the rush fee as a courtesy.Please note that you accept this condition upon commissioning me and that if a chargeback is ever made against me, you are aware that you are breaching the terms and service that you agreed upon the moment the original payment was made and that you accept all possible repercussions.RESPECTIf I do not support the behavior you display, the way you treat me and others, I have every right to refuse your commission and refund you. If the commission process has already begun and you lack respect towards me, I have every right to not continue your commission.If the sketch and line art have been completed, you will only be refunded 50% of your total commission as I have spent time on roughly half the commission. If the line art is incomplete, you will be refunded 80%. The remaining 20% will remain unrefunded in compensation for the mental strain you have caused, as well as the time already spent on your commission.COMMUNICATIONI am reachable via twitter/X @dweamyfae as well as via email [email protected].AII strictly prohibit the usage of my art to train AI, to be used with and/or for AI, or have ANYTHING to do with AI. If you use my art with AI, you will be blacklisted from my services and can be charged a hefty fee for damages.Failure to comply can lead me to take legal action, and by commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to this fact.
